Part 2:

Me: Can you please explain to us the structure and the start date? What else you need from us in order for us to kick start asap?

Media: I will send IO to the media owner and check with her when can we start.

Me: We also need to know ....

Media: Can you write to me so that I can copy and paste to the media owner.

Me: Do you not understand what I just said?

Media: I understand but I am kind a busy now to take note.


Part 3:

Me: Can you explain to us how the report works and what is the next step?

Media: What do you mean?

Me: You sent me the report, aren't you going to explain to us how it work and how should we move forward? Also I need a few things from you..

Media: Can you put them into email and so that I can copy and paste to the media owner and get them to answer?
